Jeremy has a wealth of experience in Public sector procurement, strategy and digital transformation. He worked for the NHS for 23 years in Diagnostic clinical specialties,  finally as the Head of Information Technology before leaving to join Lockheed Martin on their public sector venture.  He has been both Mayor and Leader in Salisbury and is a serving City  Councillor,  He is  actively involved in both national and local charities including as a trustee for Safer and Supportive Salisbury.  He is currently a director and Chair of Broken Bridges Nature Reserve Ltd.

Chris has experience at corporate level of both the public and private sectors. He recently retired as Director of Commercial Services, with a local authority, which included environmental services, property, procurement, revenues & benefits, digital and customer services. As Managing Director Chris led the growth of a successful Local Government Trading Company and was Director of a major environmental services Joint Venture.   A member of the LGA’s Peer Review team, Chris has a wealth of knowledge on the establishment, governance, and strategic development of partnerships and local government trading models.  Prior to this Chris spent 10 years in the commercial sector, specialising in Strategy and Business Development across a range of engineering markets.  Chris served 21 years as an Army officer and was awarded a Queens Commendation for Valuable Service in 1995.  With a passion for helping people and organisations to succeed, 

David is a founding director of 3D Rural and has a degree in Rural Estate Management from Reading University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered Environmentalist and holds a BASIS Soil and Water Management Certificate from Harper Adams University. David has worked in conservation land management for more than 40 years - for the Peak District National Park and for 25 years with the National Trust. His work has ranged from hands on estate management, to policy and strategy development at national level. He has specific experience of farms and estates in both lowland and upland areas of the country and has managed many properties of national and international conservation importance. His priority now is the management of land for the benefit of the environment and people. He is a resident of Harnham.

Retired Chartered Physiotherapist, BSc Hons. in Environment and Development OU, member of the Salisbury Walking and Disabled Access Forum, Founder member of the Salisbury Area Greenspace Partnership leading on Connectivity, set up and ran Salisbury Dolphins Swimming Club for Disabled people for 18 years.  Lifelong interest in nature- set up and ran a junior branch of the Wildlife Trusts and RSPB for 10 years with the only senior group in the country for ages 12-16. Set up and run the Friends of Middle Street Meadow.  Campaigned for Lime Kiln Down and Middle Street Meadow to be designated County Wildlife Sites. Transect Walker for Butterfly Conservation, past River Monitor for Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.
